Team Evaluation Request

Interested in Competitive Gymnastics at Blue Angels?

We're excited to learn more about your athlete! This form is intended for athletes with previous gymnastics experience who are interested in being evaluated for one of our competitive programs.

Submitting this form does not guarantee team placement or placement at a particular competitive level. Our coaching staff will evaluate each athlete individually and recommend the program and level that best supports their current skills, development, and readiness.

Evaluation Acknowledgment

I understand that submitting an evaluation request does not guarantee placement on a Blue Angels competitive team. Team placements are determined by the BAGC coaching staff based on the athlete's demonstrated skills, strength, technique, consistency, coachability, maturity, safety, commitment, and overall readiness.

If a competitive team is not currently the best placement for my athlete, BAGC may recommend another program or training opportunity that better supports their continued development.
